Suggestions and Complaints
If you feel happy with the service we provide, pleased with your care or wish to acknowledge a member of our team, we would be delighted to know. We are also happy to hear any constructive suggestions about the running of the Practice.
Friends and Family Test feedback forms are available in Reception to allow patients to comment on the service they have received. Also feedback can be provided via the Practice entry on the NHS Choices website:
If you feel you have reason to complain about any aspect of our Practice, please speak to Karen Powell, Patient Services Lead. Written complaints should be addressed to Graham Collins, Practice Business Manager.
A patient “How to Complain” guide is available at the Surgery containing information about how to complain to the Practice and about your right to contact the Independent Health Service Ombudsman if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction.
